学習データはどこに保存されますか？Where is my learning data stored?

すべて端末内に保存されます。アカウント登録は不要で、データが外部に送信されることはありません。

Everything is stored on your device. No account is required and no data is sent anywhere.

機種変更したら学習データは引き継げますか？Can I transfer my data to a new phone?

同じOS間（iPhone→iPhone、Android→Android）であれば、OSのバックアップ機能（iCloudバックアップ / Googleバックアップ）から復元すると学習データも一緒に戻ります。iOS↔Android間の引き継ぎには対応していません。

Yes, within the same OS (iPhone→iPhone, Android→Android): restore from your OS backup (iCloud Backup / Google Backup) and your learning data comes with it. Transfers between iOS and Android are not supported.

音声が再生されませんAudio doesn’t play

端末がマナーモード（消音）になっていないかご確認ください。L1（基礎）の音声は無料でそのまま使えます。L2以降の動詞は「音声パック」の購入とダウンロードが必要です。

Check that your device is not in silent mode. Audio for L1 (basic) verbs is free and built in. Verbs in L2 and above require the Audio Pack.

• 🔒スピーカーに鍵が付いている＝音声パックが未購入です。A lock on the speaker means the Audio Pack has not been purchased.
• ⬇下向き矢印が付いている＝ダウンロードが未完了です。A down arrow means the download hasn’t finished.

音声パックを購入したのに再生できませんI bought the Audio Pack but can’t play audio

設定 → 音声パック から「音源をダウンロード」を実行してください。ダウンロードにはWi-Fi環境をおすすめします。機種変更後などで購入が認識されない場合は、音声パック画面の「以前の購入を復元する」をお試しください。

Go to Settings → Audio Pack and tap “Download audio”. We recommend Wi-Fi. If your purchase isn’t recognized (e.g., after switching phones), tap “Restore previous purchase” on the Audio Pack screen.

出題で語幹（単語の前半）が最初から入っているのはなぜ？Why is the first half of the word already filled in during tests?

設定の「語幹を自動入力」がONになっています。入力の負担を減らすオプションで、OFFにすれば全文を手入力する練習になります。不規則動詞など共通の語幹が取り出せない場合は表示されません（「不規則」バッジが目印です）。

The “Auto-fill stem” option is ON in Settings. It reduces typing; turn it OFF to practice typing full forms. It doesn’t appear for irregular verbs (marked with an “irregular” badge) where no common stem exists.

間違えた問題だけ練習し直せますか？Can I retry only the questions I got wrong?

テスト結果画面の「間違いだけやり直す」、分析タブの「この苦手をテストする」、履歴の「この日の間違いをやり直す」から、間違いに絞った再テストができます。

Yes — use “Retry mistakes” on the results screen, “Train this weakness” in the Insights tab, or “Retry this day’s mistakes” in History.
